Following a career as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, John brings a level of technical rigor and process discipline to inspections that few in the industry can match.
John holds licensure in Ohio and West Virginia for residential home inspection, radon measurement, and WDO/WDI assessments, and is a federally licensed commercial drone pilot. He is also a Certified Professional Inspector with additional certifications in Mold Assessments and Thermal Imaging.
